Stainless steel, resin-coated tumblers and cups are double-walled and vacuum sealed. These items keep contents hot for up to 8 hours, or cold for up to 12-14 hours. The double-walled construction means cold drinks won't make the outside of the cup sweat, and hot drinks won't make the outside of the cup to hot to hold. An item that is properly cared for will last many years. We are not responsible for issues or problems due to improperly cared for items.

Ceramic mugs and dog dishes may or may not have a resin coating. Care instructions are slightly different for ceramic that is coated, compared to ceramic that is not coated.

One Spirit Designs uses a variety of materials. Most of our tumblers start as plain, double-walled stainless steel, but we sometimes use glass or ceramic mugs and cups as a base. A variety of mediums are used to create the artistic face of the item -- glitter, paint, vinyl, decals, mica powder, metallics, paper, fabric, trinkets, etc. Once the design elements are complete, the entire face of the tumbler (outside only) is coated with multiple coats of epoxy resin. This coating is safe for food use, provided care instructions are closely followed (See care instructions above). Do not use a cup with chipped or peeling epoxy coating.
Yes, One Spirit Designs accepts custom orders. Upon receipt of your initial custom order, we will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. The length of time it takes to complete a tumbler, mug or water bottle depends on its size and complexity. To achieve the depth and dimension of our tumblers, multiple resin coats are needed with ample curing time between coats. Tumbler orders without lights have a 3 week standard turnaround time, plus shipping; while tumblers with lights require 3 to 4 weeks to complete, plus shipping.
A fully custom item includes a custom design that is different from any of the tumblers in our store -- i.e., custom imagery requests, paint, glitter, and vinyl customizations, etc. A custom tumbler may include personalization elements such as adding a name or short personal phrase to the item.
A personalized item starts with a previously designed tumbler, and then personalization elements are added (for example, adding a name or short phrase, change the color of glitter, paint, etc., or other small changes to the base item).
