Product Care Instructions

Stainless steel, resin-coated tumblers and cups are double-walled and vacuum sealed. These items keep contents hot for up to 8 hours, or cold for up to 12-14 hours. The double-walled construction means cold drinks won't make the outside of the cup sweat, and hot drinks won't make the outside of the cup to hot to hold. An item that is properly cared for will last many years. We are not responsible for issues or problems due to improperly cared for items. 

To properly care for your tumbler:

• Hand wash only. We recommend a spritz of Dawn Powerwash in the cup, and then use a soft sponge or cloth to wash it. Allow to air dry or use a soft cotton cloth to towel dry.
• Do not place in dishwasher. Stainless steel vacuum sealed tumblers cannot go in the dishwasher as the seal could be compromised. Also, the resin coating on the tumbler is not dishwasher safe.
• Do not place in microwave. Steel in a microwave can cause a fire, and resin cannot be allowed to get too hot.
• Keep out of extreme heat and cold. Do not leave the tumbler in a car or in direct sunlight for long periods of time. 
• Do not drop. Resin coating can crack if tumbler is dropped

Ceramic mugs and dog dishes may or may not have a resin coating. Care instructions are slightly different for ceramic that is coated, compared to ceramic that is not coated. 

Ceramic mugs and dog bowls WITHOUT resin coating

• Dishwasher safe, but not recommended. These items can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher on normal setting. Note: if placed in a dishwasher set to heavy duty or other setting above normal, the image may fade, crack or peel. We recommend handwashing to be on the safe side.
• Microwaving not recommended. While plain ceramic can usually be placed in the microwave, we do not recommend it. Any metallic elements (metallic paint, metallic vinyl, foils, etc.) on the cup could cause a fire if placed in the microwave. DO NOT place in the microwave if any of these elements are found on your ceramic piece.
• Do not drop. Ceramic is breakable.

Snow globe tumblers and mugs can be made of either glass or plastic. 

• Hand wash only. Absolutely do not place a snow globe item in the dishwasher. The seal will be broken and the contents of the snow globe will leak out.
• Do not place in microwave. The microwave can cause the liquid contents of the snow globe to boil, possibly causing the item to explode in the microwave or while removing it after microwaving. Do not take a chance - keep these items out of the microwave.
• Do not drop. Glass snow globes are breakable. Plastic snow globes may crack if dropped, causing the snow globe liquid to leak.
